Dr. Jane Rogathi

Dr. Jane Januarius Rogathi is a Lecturer and the Dean Faculty of Nursing at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College (KCMUCo). She got a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Reproductive health at the Institute of Public Health from KCMUCo in 2018, She got a Master of Science in Epidemiology and applied bio-statistics at KCMUCo. Dr. Jane J. Rogathi research interests are in Gender-based violence and its effects on Mental health.

Jane has been involved with research scientists from Northumbria health care in the UK in developing a study site in Hai District Hospital where a number of studies have been conducted the site, Danida fellowship programme under building stronger University also has been involved with DUKE University in the development of Maisha project in collaboration with the Kilimanjaro Christian Research Institute (KCRI) as a study coordinator.
